January was actually a fairly good reading month for me. I read 10 books which is fairly good for me but a little bit lower than what I need to be able to reach my goals for the year. I hit some book burnout and had a hard time course correcting. I’m still in the middle of that long course correct but I’m feeling a little bit better. But I never claimed to be perfect and I’m a constant work in progress! 😀

I actually don’t have a Bookly image for this month. I began to wonder if Bookly wasn’t causing some issues with my reading because I never felt like I could just pick up and read a book. I always had to make sure I had my phone or tablet near me for tracking. I’m looking at different ways of getting over that obsession with perfect tracking this month.

I wasn’t really looking forward to this book club pick. I had read Ware’s The Girl in Cabin 10 and I don’t remember loving it that much. I loved this book. I had a hard time putting it down. It consumed my time. Highly recommend it.
