Blogging Ta Da

You. Guys. I finished almost all of my December monthly goals yesterday. I got the last of the drafts for my December 2020 TBR books done. I even made the stretch goal of moving “work on drafting 2021 weekly posts” to “draft all 2021 weekly posts”. To complete the rest of my December goals I just need to catalog one bookshelf and then just read. Like….I don’t even know what to do with that.

But I added a new goal to the December list and it’s one that is never complete: keep up with my community’s blogs. I need to be more present in the comments of the bloggers I enjoy. Now that I have my own camp in order, I can spend more time enjoying the work of the content creators I love.

December Goal Check In:

  • Process one bookshelf of books through my cataloging system
  • Work on clearing my Feedly backlog!
  • Draft all December 2020 posts – Complete except for weekly posts that need updated throughout the week
  • Work on drafting 2021 weekly posts – Completed
  • Draft December 2020 TBR review posts – Completed
  • Draft all January 2021 posts – Completed
  • Schedule all reviews for December – Completed
  • Complete review notes for the 3 books I have outstanding – Completed
What I’m doing to reach those goals:

Process one shelf of books
Spend at least 30 minutes a day commenting on blogs

YAY you are doing amazing! Now you can get out and enjoy the community more. And just reading more !

I love Feedly. You don’t have to read every single post. I skip some if I am not interested. I don’t comment if I don’t have anything to say. I might just like or share it to Twitter then.

Thank you! It FEELS amazing! Yes, that’s the plan. I’ve got some book cataloging to do but other than that I have more time to be social. It feels really good!

That’s the way I am too. If I comment I definitely share and I try to leave meaningful comments. I’m thrilled to be able to spend Saturday morning catching up with my blogs and working on my books as most of my blogging is done. Feels so good!
