Blogging Ta Da {11}

One thing that I’ve learned about myself is that my list making is an anxiety reducing ritual. I will make elaborate lists to try and schedule every aspect of my life so that I can feel in control. Seems obvious right? Well it isn’t when you’re the one performing the ritual. LOL

With that being taken into consideration, I’ve reduced the number of lists that I make and I also make the lists I do make a lot more realistic. How much am I actually capable of doing versus how much I think I should be doing. It’s made a nice balance and has definitely reduced stress. Now I want to try applying that to my blog. I’m going to start off low and slow and ease back into getting sh*t done! Two tasks/posts a day right now is nice and manageable so I’m going to carry that out this week and see how it goes.
