Last Bout of Books I read 896 pages. This year I want to surpass that goal. I’m aiming for 1,000 pages. It is average temps of below zero here in IL so basically I’m confined to the indoors anyway. Lucky me! (And I mean that literally!). I have a list and I’m sure I’ll be able to stick with it. I’m actually going to calculate my list based on page count. I have a manga book in here and I’m going to halve the total page count since they are easier reads and there are almost never full pages of words. I’ll recalculate on Monday morning when I know where I’m at page count speaking.

It should be. So far it has been! Getting ready to start Orange so it should be a pretty quick read. Fingers crossed as it was one of my co-blogger’s favorite books of 2017.

While I’m not a fan of sub-zero temps, I *am* envying the winter weather. I shouldn’t complain about Arizona weather, but it make a cozy day of reading hard! Stay warm & Happy Reading!

Thanks! I make my 1,000 page goal but I’m actually okay with that. My weekends are always busy and I didn’t want my household to collapse around my ears. 🙂 I imagine it is rather difficult to get nice and cold in AZ! Hope you had a great Bout of Books!

It’s pretty good! The plot is moving a bit slow but I’m enjoying it. I read the novella first and that really helped introduce the characters!
