I *think* I may be over my reading slump. Maybe. I’m more inclined to read now than I was two months ago anyhow and I’m taking that as a positive. I”m trying to challenge myself to read just a little everyday. I’m hoping to get that goal done in the morning so I can have my goal met early in the day. I’m also picking 5 books for this month. I hope to accomplish more but I want to start small and see where we get from there. 5 books in one month would be amazing for me right now.
I’m going to finish up the list of 10 that I had selected with the 3 remaining books on that pile. I wanted to try and continue with lists of 10. I may do that but I may switch to just choosing monthly TBRs. I’ll have to see what works best for me. So what’s up for this month?

Happy New Year, Stephanie!
Have you read the Harry Potter series before? That’s on my list to read this year as I promised my nephew…I wonder if I’ll actually do it. I’ll have to keep my eye out and see how you enjoy these books before I add the others to my wish list. See you around!
Stephanie
Happy New Year to you too Rowena!
I have a few times over now. 🙂 The only advice that I have (I gave the same to my mom who is not a big YA reader) the first 3 books feel more like middle-grade, books 4 through 6 start to get dark and twisty and the last book is like reading a full fledged adult novel. It’s kind of like Rowling wrote her books for an audience of Harry’s age so as Harry grows so does the level of the books.
I hope you enjoy them if you get to them this year!
