I LOVE to cook! I also love to eat. Recently I joined Weight Watchers and found that food could still be delicious even if it was on a *:shudders:* diet. I decided that I wanted to share some of the awesome recipes that I have found and tried with you. Books and food often go hand in hand (but NEVER in the same hand!) Each week I will share the recipe and my own pictures so you can see what it looks like when an average joe makes it. 😉
This week I present:
Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Smoked Ham (2 slices) – 0 SP
1 Large Egg – 2 SP
Pinch of salt – 0 SP
Pinch of pepper – 0 SP
I place 2 slices of smoked ham in a muffin cup (opposite of each other so there are no leaks) then crack an egg into each ham cup. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
I usually make 12 at a time and have them for breakfast throughout the week. 2 cups are still just 4 SP (no weird Weight Watchers math!) This recipe is pretty easy and VERY point friendly.
