Sacred Evil by Heather Graham *Stephanie’s Review*

Sacred Evil by Heather Graham was a great follow up to Heart of Evil and it made me want more! The third book takes us to New York. There appears to be a Jack the Ripper copycat and the Krewe of Hunters is called in.

Whitney Tremont is one of the two that I was excited to get to. She has a blended heritage and we meet her grandmother (or maybe great-grandmother) in Phantom Evil. Whitney doesn’t have the same kind of ghostly experiences that Angela does. I was interested to see how Graham would handle this situation.

Jude Crosby is the kind of guy who uses hard evidence to prove his cases. He isn’t thrilled when some spook-seeking special FBI group is brought into his homicide investigation. I really enjoyed Jude’s character. He was just the right amount of skeptical and intelligent enough to listen to logic. And when it’s happening before your eyes it’s kind of hard to deny.

Heather Graham has written a line of books that might as well be crack. I am in love with this series and am beyond ecstatic that I have so many to catch up on . The combination of realism, spooky ghosts, and the mysteries are just right!

    1. They are SO much fun. I love the historical aspects of it. I love the ghosty bits. The romance is a little “meh” but I’m alright with that!
