Write On Review-a-thon 2/28/14 – 3/1/14

Have you ever had so many books back to back that you just enjoyed so much that you just moved right on to the next book to stay in the grove? That’s what’s happened to me lately. Almost every book I’ve read since mid-January has been a win for me! That’s great for Stephanie the reader but not so great for Stephanie the reviewer because I haven’t bothered writing any reviews. Now’s my time to catch up!

The Write On review-a-thon is a monthly event created and hosted by Brianna at The Book Vixen. It’s 2 days dedicated to getting reviews done, whether you have one review to write or 30+. This edition of the review-a-thon takes place all day Friday, February 28th and Saturday, March 1st. Let’s get those reviews done!

I’ll be participating in the first ever Write On Review-a-thon. I’ll only be able to participate on Friday night and Saturday, March 1st because I have to put in time with the man from 8 to 5 on Friday. I’m hoping to get through this massive list:

  • The Earl’s Christmas Colt by Rebecca Thomas
  • Unclaimed by Sara Humphreys
  • The Transfer by Veronica Roth (mini)
  • Hereafter by Kate Brian
  • A Royal Birthday by Eilis O’Neal (mini)
  • Pecan Pies and Homicides by Ellery Adams
  • Sailor Moon: Pretty Guardian Vol 1 by Naoko Takeuchi
  • Persuader by Lee Child
  • Fools Rush In by Kristan Higgins
  • Vampire Fight Club by Larissa Ione (mini)
  • Bride of the Water God Vol 1 by Mi-Kyung Yun
  • Real Live Boyfriends by e. Lockhart
  • Romancing the Duke by Tessa Dare
  • Sailor Moon: Pretty Guardian Vol 2 by Naoko Takeuchi
  • Pawn by Aimee Carter
  • Sailor Moon: Pretty Guardian Vol 3 by Naoko Takuchi
  • The Mysterious Death of Miss Jane Austen by Lindsay Ashford
  • Secrets of a Bollywood Marriage by Susanna Carr

  • Here’s to hoping I remember enough of each to be able to write some decent reviews! 😀 You can follow my progress on this page. I’ll set up a sidebar widget so the post can easily be found. Wish me luck!

I got started a little late but I’ve finished three so far and have fourteen more to go. If I get those done today, I’m going to format the review posts for my upcoming reads. Trying so hard to get organized.

Thanks for hosting! I may be doing my reviews in batches like this from now on. 🙂
