Tune In Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Ginger at GReads. It is a way to share with others old or new music you are listening to. You can link up and join on Gingers Blog. Go ahead and start sharing your awesome music! 😉
This month is going to be a little different than usual. The month of March will be the Book Playlist Edition. All songs posted will either be my own personal playlist for a book or the author’s actual playlist.
*This isn’t my first Tune in Tuesday post but it is my first post on Pages of Forbidden Love. I figured I would start back at 1 because of this.
I am so happy to be back participating in Tune in Tuesday’s. It felt weird not posting anything last week. I am also very excited to be doing my first official post (reviews coming soon) on this wonderful blog.
This week I have decided to share the playlist for Insatiable by Meg Cabot. It is the first book playlist I ever found so it just seemed fitting to use it to start off this months Book Playlist Edition.
Goodreads Summary: Sick of vampires? So is Meena Harper.
But her boss is making her write about them anyway, even though Meena doesn’t believe in them.
Not that Meena isn’t familiar with the supernatural. See, Meena Harper knows how you’re going to die (not that you’re going to believe her; no one ever does).
But not even Meena’s precognition can prepare her for what happens when she meets—then makes the mistake of falling in love with—Lucien Antonescu, a modern-day prince with a bit of a dark side . . . a dark side a lot of people, like an ancient society of vampire-hunters, would prefer to see him dead for.
The problem is, he already is dead. Maybe that’s why he’s the first guy Meena’s ever met that she could see herself having a future with. See, while Meena’s always been able to see everyone else’s future, she’s never been able look into her own.
And while Lucien seems like everything Meena has ever dreamed of in a boyfriend, he might turn out to be more like a nightmare.
Now might be a good time for Meena to start learning to predict her own future . . . If she even has one.
I couldn’t find all the songs on her list to add to the list I made on Playlist.com but I provided the links to some youtube videos if you are interested.
