Once Upon a Read-a-Thon

This year I’ll be participating in the Once Upon A Read-A-Thon! This is the second year for the Once Upon a Read-A-Thon. This Read-a-thon is hosted by Angela at Reading Angel, Candace at Candace’s Book Blog and Lori at Pure Imagination. It starts on July 11 12:01 am and ends on July 13 11:59 pm. I have an office job so I’ll only be reading once I get home from work.

What do you hope to read during the read-a-thon?
I’d like to read at least 3 books that I have.

The Fire Lord's Lover (The Elven Lords) The Frugalista Files: How One Woman Got Out of Debt Without Giving Up the Fabulous Life Sylvester: or The Wicked Uncle
The Fire Lord’s Lover by Kathryne Kennedy The Frugalista Files by Natalie P. McNeal Sylvester: or The Wicked Uncle by Georgette Heyer

What book are you starting with?
The Fire Lord’s Lover by Katheryne Kennedy

I hope to read:
At least three books

Where are you going to read?
Probably on my couch or in bed

What will you include in your updates?

My updates will look like this:
Update #1:
•Total Books Read: 0
•Total Pages Read: 96
•Books Read Since Last Update: 0
•Pages Read since last update: 96
•Total time read: indeterminable, I’d guess about 3 hours. I think I may have a read-a-thon curse.
•How I’m currently feeling: Very frustrated but it’s not book/reading related but is effecting my reading for sure!

Update #2:
•Total Books Read: .5

•Total Pages Read: 147
•Books Read Since Last Update: .5
•Pages Read since last update: 51
•Total time read: 5 hours maybe?
•How I’m currently feeling: MUCH better today. The past two days were rather stressful! I meant to update again last night but clearly that didn’t happen!

Final Update:
•Total Books Read: 1 total (1/2 of one and 1/2 of another)
•Total Pages Read: 187
•Books Read Since Last Update: .5
•Pages Read since last update: 40
•Total time read: 6 hours
•How I’m cu
rrently feeling: I didn’t get as much read as I would have liked but I did a lot better than the last read-a-thon. Perhaps practice does make progress?

And so you’re not completely overloaded in your feedreaders, I’ll just be updating this page! There will be a link to the left of the blog for you to easily find this post.
