How many of us love to stand in a bookstore and just stare at all the gorgeous book covers? Go on raise your hand you know you do! But we aren’t supposed to judge a book by it’s cover. A really pretty cover; however, can drag us in all the same. We’ll be picking out some of our favorite covers and displaying them here for you. To be honest, we may not know whether or not the book is any good but if the cover is anything to go by…..

It certainly seems like I’m on a classics kick here recently doesn’t it? Last month I featured an updated cover of Jane Eyre that I adored and discovered these beauties this week! I’m not sure why but I love them!! I think that my favorites are The Adventures of Robin Hood, Peter Pan and The Wind in the Willows. The covers certainly make me want to go out and grab a copy of these wonderful classics!

Anne of Green Gables Robin Hood Black Beauty The Adventrues of Huckleberry Fin

Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery

The Adventures of Robin Hood by Richard Green

Black Beauty by Anna Sewell The Adventures of Huckleberry Fin by Mark Twain
The Call of the Wild The Wind in the Willows Peter Pan The Secret Garden
The Call of the Wild by Jack London The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett

Do you have a favorite? I think they are all very beautiful. What about you?

Oh they are all beautiful! So exotic-looking, and love how bright and colourful they look!Weird, the Anne book reminds me of the singing teapot of Beauty and the Beast 😀 My favorites are the covers of The Adventures of Robin Hood, Peter Pan and The Wind in the Willows also, but like the colours of the others as well.

Love these covers! I think my favourite is the Robin Hood one, I also like the Anne cover but it doesn't make me think of Anne – it makes me think of Beauty and the Beast!

No offense, but I'm not a fan of these. They look like they are bound in wrapping paper.
