I LOVE to cook! I also love to eat. Recently I joined Weight Watchers and found that food could still be delicious even if it was on a *:shudders:* diet. I decided that I wanted to share some of the awesome recipes that I have found and tried with you. Books and food often go hand in hand (but NEVER in the same hand!) Each week I will share the recipe and my own pictures so you can see what it looks like when an average joe makes it. 😉
This week I present:
There is nothing I enjoy more than doctoring up a bowl of ramen noodles. Ramen noodles are a great comfort food of mine. It wasn’t until recently that I learned that you can ADD things to the ramen noodle base to make it better!
I was actually wanting to feature soft boiled eggs as I’ve only learned about those in the last few years. I LOVE the and one of my favorite ways to eat soft boiled eggs is to put them in a bowl of ramen noodle soup. It wasn’t a hardship to whip up a bowl. 🙂
If I were to point this out it would come to 17 SP:
Packet of Ramen Noodles – 13 SP
Eggs (2) – 4 SP
Mushrooms – 0 SP
Green onions – 0 SP
Sriracha – 0 SP
Totally worth the 17 SP for a bowl of comfort on a chilly night!
