This week’s question: If you could be part of one fictional family (book or screen), what family would you choose, and why? Would you choose to be a current family member, or a new one?
The real answer is I wouldn’t want to be a member of any fictional family. Authors put their characters through a lot because that is how you achieve some great character growth. The thing is: I don’t want to go through some of the things that my favorite characters have had to go through!
The answer so that I’m not a stick in the mud and ruining everyone’s fun: I think that I would adore to be a Crawley! I may even be pleased to be a member of the downstairs family. I couldn’t pick a bookish family because no book ever written that didn’t involve some great adversity. The Crawley’s are not without their own trials and tribulations but what a time to live in! There are so many changes going on in the world that I think it would have been quite an interesting time to live in. If I’m going to live during that time, I’d like to do it in comfort.

I am trying to have a different answer on everyone’s blogs. On Smash’s I said Harry Potter. I think for yours I will go TV and say The Cosby’s. They always had so much fun

They would be fun! And Bill Cosby was always that amazingly awesome stand up father who understood. If only there were more families like the Cosby’s in real life.
