I was inspired by Felicia @ Geeky Bloggers Book Blog to start doing the Read It Then Pass It Program. She describes it as: Read It Then Pass It Program is a brilliant idea originally thought up by Steph @ Paper Cut Reviews (who has retired) and Chas @ Lovin’ & Livin’ Life Reviews.
