The heart-stopping sequel to Across the Universe: a story of love, murder and madness – set in space. – via GoodReads.

What I Liked: I love this series. I love reading science fiction with romance added in. I read the first book and it was really good. I thought this book was even better. There was a lot more action and you were learning more and more about the ship and the people. Just when you thought all the secrets were out, there are more. I thoroughly enjoy Revis’s writing. She has a way of drawing you into the story and keeping you there. I found myself not wanting to put the book down because I wanted to see what happens next. I love the characters of Elder and Amy. Both are strong characters and endured a lot throughout the book. I love the bond and connection Elder and Amy have. It is obvious they both have feelings for one another. I thought Revis did a wonderful job with all the characters. You could feel all their emotions and you understand what they are going through. I can’t wait to read the last book in the series and find out what happens next.

What I Didn’t Like: What I didn’t like about the book is that Revis is very slow with the romance between Elder and Amy. I thought there should have been more going on between them than there was. I am also very impatient waiting go find out what happens in the next book. I am sure it will be very good. Revis is a fantastic writer.

Recommended For: Any reader who enjoys science fiction with romance.

Avoid If: You don’t like reading science fiction.
