You know what makes me sad? Seeing that my GoodReads 2012 Reading Challenge button is gray. Not. Green. Over the past several years I have set some pretty lofty goals for myself and fallen abysmally short of them. I’m a great list maker and goal setter but my follow through game sucks hardcore. Currently I am 3 books behind being on pace to reach my goal. (I was 5 so I’m patting myself on the back right now.) Anywho, I decided that I am going to do a read-a-thon to help me catch up to my goals!

Details:
*Will run from 2/24 (12:01 AM) to 3/1 (11:59 PM).
*If you are a blogger, please do a post announcing your participation. If you want to do all of your updating from one post, that is completely fine by me. (You can also grab the smaller button below.)
*I will be having mini-challenges throughout the week. Two for US residents and one for my international friends!
*I can’t stress this enough: HAVE FUN with the read-a-thon!
*Please fill out the form to sign up!
If you would like to grab the button for your post or blog:

I do not pretend to be an expert in all this html/java script stuff so if the html for the picture doesn’t work, email me and I’ll send you a jpg file.
I’ve tried it so you should be okay!

I will post my books that I read. I try to read atleast 2-3 books a week.
I’m game. I love a challenge.
Great! I hope you enjoy it! I know I'm going to.
Sadly, I am seven books behind. And I'd love to participate, but I can't. This falls the week before my spring break (where I will, hopefully, get a lot of reading done). Hope everyone has fun, though, and I love this idea!
Stink! Well I'm sure this won't be the last time I get behind on my GoodReads goals! I hope that you enjoy your spring break and get lots of reading done!
Thanks for sending Hannah this way! Hopefully everyone will have fun!
I'm game even though this is Johnny's birthday weekend so it will be a busy weekend but the weekdays is probably where I will shine. Can't wait!
Wow! For whatever reason that last comment went to the wrong person! lol. Anyway! Tell Johnny happy birthday and I hope you two have an awesome weekend! Hopefully you'll be able to read during the week.
This year I'm ahead of schedule 20 books, but never leaves a read-a-thon behind, so I'm in.
I'm so jealous! At the first of the year I was like one or two ahead. Clearly that didn't last lol!
I've just been going through a massive burn out induced reading slump and I've signed up for the Review Copy Cleanup next month so I really want to finish a handful of books before March. As such I'm going on a self-imposed read-a-thon anywayz and this just happens to fall vaguely around that so yeah, hello! Thank Amanda for sending me too, haha.
PS. My sign up post just went up – yay! And now I'm off to read. Hoping to have finished Bite Club and My Soul to Take at least, before the read-a-thon starts. *fingers crossed*
Yay!! Goodness. Pretty awesome goals before the read-a-thon even starts.
I hope you reach them!
Awesome Hannah! I'll have to thank Amanda for sending you my way! I hope you enjoy the readathon and get some good reading done!
I’m actually ahead on my reading but when Spring sets in I may get behind. I’m always up for a readathon but its a crazy weekend planned so I probably wont sign up. But who knows… I might change my mind. Have fun!

Go you! I was ahead for all of a week or two! I hope you decide to join us but if you have a busy schedule, I completely understand! Read-a-thons shouldn't be an added stress.

Great. This will be loads of fun. I have just signed up and have posted about it on my blog
Awesome!! I’m so glad you could join us!!
Wonderful! So glad you could join us! I'll have to stop by and cheer you on!
I'm totally in, even though I'm ten books ahead and four reviews behind. I love read-a-thons though, so this should be fun! I just need there to be a review-a-thon after the read-a-thon lol
p.s. Is there a hashtag we should use for this?
Hi Kate! Good for being ahead! The read-a-thon can only get you further ahead!
I hope you have fun! As far as the hashtag, I'll be using #OUACReadathon.
I found out about this from Mariana at Book Travels. Yay! Thanks for hosting. This is just what I need. =O)
Thanks for joining! I'm sure this won't be the only time I'll have to host this particular read-a-thon but I really want to hit my goal this year!
I'm glad I saw this! I'm so far behind on my reading, it's ridiculous!
It seems like when you're a blogger, it's so very easy to get behind! Glad you could join us.
I just posted my starting line. I hope to get at least ahead of pace to my 500 for 2012. I have no idea what to read but I'm working on it.
Wow!! 500? That's awesome. I'm struggling with 100 but hope to get caught up this week. Thanks for stopping by!
I found out about this from Michelle and just had to jump in!
I'll set up my post soon!
Hey that's great! The more the merrier. Hope you enjoy it!
I’m definitely going to be participating! I’m at work right now, doing this on my phone, so I’ll do my start-up post in a few hours! I’m actually right on schedule with my reading but love readathons, so I’m in!
Awesome! I hope you enjoy the readathon! I know I'm going to.

I would love to join but I work is pretty tight in the next two weeks or so. I'm now following you via email so if you have future readathons, I might be able to join by then.

Thank you for hosting. I just found out about it via Michelle @ The True Book Addict and came right over to sign up. I do have somethings going on this week but am going to try and get as much reading in as I can.
