Random Ramblings is a post that allows us to talk about something, really anything, that we feel is worthy of attention. It could be a movie we’ve seen recently, a current song/band that’s rocking our world or something book related that doesn’t quite fit anywhere else on the site.

Sex, Lies & Book Trailers

As a movie buff, you must know…surely you must know, I would absolutely love to watch book trailers. Books + Video = Oh yeah! Two of my favorite things!

I’ve listed quiet a few of my favorites below. Some are seductive and sexy like The Perfect Mistress or Provocative In Pearls. Others are so silly, they are incredibly funny like Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter or Sense & Sensibility & Sea Monsters. Then there is my personal favorite The Stud Club Trilogy by Tessa Dare who took everyday items surrounding her and made a fantastic book trailer. I’m still impressed with that one, and I’ve seen it way too many times!

The Perfect Mistress by Victoria Alexander

Sense & Sensibilities & Sea Monsters

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Slayer

The Stud Club Trilogy by Tessa Dare

Rush of Darkness by Rhyannon Byrd

Haunting Desire by Erin Quinn

I Can See You by Karen Rose

Provocative In Pearls by Madeline Hunter

Captive by Christina Phillips

Do you have a favorite book trailer??? Tell me! Tell me!

I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of book trailers. I know!?!?!? In my mind I have an idea of what I want the h/h to look like.

Danielle, I love the book trailers, but I'm lucky the trailer doesn't really stick with me when I'm reading the book. But like you, I have an idea how I want them to look pretty earlier on and stick with it despite what the author says! Celine, isn't that trailer great?!?!?! The one for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is pretty neat too! Anon, I don't think I've seen a trailer for any Gabaldon book…I'll have to check that out!
